The compilation will feature early productions, and unreleased work from the founder of On-U Sound records Adrian Sherwood.
Entitled ‘Sherwood At The Controls Volume 1: 1979-1984’, the compilation will feature some unreleased Adrian Sherwood as well as never before reissued tracks, from the likes of: The Slits, Prince Far I, Mark Stewart, African Headcharge and The Fall. Check out the promo video above.
As part of a project reissue campaign from On-U Sound, the compilation will be available as a double vinyl release alongside CD and digital download. Release date is 6 April.
Dubbed (excuses the pun) as a “Journey through post-punk, mutant disco, electro, dub and beyond”.
